Overview:
The VP-14xl is a port extender for RS-232, RS-485 or USB command signals. The unit converts the incoming commands to three RS-232 outputs.
- Hardware or Software Mode Operation.
- DIP–Switch Controls — For HW source, SW addressing and baud rate.
Applications:
- Converting USB and RS–485 interfaces to RS–232 interfaces .
- Monitoring several RS–232 controlled machines via one PC port.
- Inter–communication between several serially controlled machines.
