The PS190 is a powerful, yet compact, presentation switcher that is packed with multimedia features. In simplest terms, the PS190 is a 5 X 1 HDMI switcher; allowing 5 HDMI devices to share a single display up to UHDTV (3840 x 2160). The 3.5mm stereo input port allows line level microphone or mobile device to be mixed with the audio extracted from the selected HDMI input then re-injected into the HDMI stream. The stereo output provides a pre-amplified output for local speakers or ADA assisted listening systems. The PS190 features an automated display control feature that turns the display on when a presentation starts then shuts the display off when the presentation is done. This feature makes presentation spaces extremely easy to use. By default, the PS190 allows sources to negotiate the preferred output resolution by interfacing directly with the room´s display. An EDID selector feature is used to optionally force sources to output a specific resolution.
