The included transmitter features universal inputs compatible with most audio sources, and the choice of three (3) broadcast frequencies makes it easier to set up and fine-tune. Digital tuning ensures that the included receivers won’t drift off channel, guaranteeing a strong connection for a more enjoyable listening experience.

The LS-31 is available for the 72 MHz band only.

Architectural Specs

Furnish and install an RF wireless assistive listening system for use by the hearing-impaired. The assistive listening system (ALS) shall be capable of broadcasting on 3 wide band channels and be frequency agile. The ALS system shall have a remote mounted universal antenna kit allowing maximum coverage of the listening area.  The ALS system shall have 62 dB SNR or greater and have an audio frequency response of 50 Hz – 15 kHz (±3 dB), end-to-end. Receivers shall be frequency agile to 3 wide band frequencies set with a “channel select” mode. The receivers will incorporate a stereo headset jack that allows the user to plug in either a mono or stereo headphone and listen to audio normally. The receivers shall incorporate automatic battery charging circuitry for recharging of the Lithium Ion battery. The receiver shall fully charge in under 2.5 hours and have a battery run time of over 24 hours.  The Listen LS-31-072 product is specified.
